What these texts are
We send short text messages to clients who agreed to receive them. The messages are about your own tax and foreign account reporting file: a request for information we need from you, a weekly reminder while we are still waiting for it, and a notice to sign or review a document. Each text carries a link to your secure client page. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you agree (opt in)
We text you only after you agree, in one of two ways: by ticking the box on our text message sign-up page or on your secure client page, or by giving us written consent, for example in your engagement letter or by email. When you sign up we send you one text to confirm. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
How often
Message frequency varies. Typically we text when we send a request and then about once a week until your information is complete: about four messages a month at most during those weeks, and none the rest of the year.
Cost
We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text and we will not text you again (you will receive one message confirming this). You will still receive emails from us. To start again, tick the box again on the sign-up page or on your client page.

Sending number
Our text messages come from (531) 234-4455. Save it in your phone as Prem Tax and Accounting so you recognize us. This number sends messages only; for questions use HELP, the contact page, or our office.
Carriers and coverage
Texts are sent to mobile numbers in the United States. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
We do not share, sell or rent mobile phone numbers or text-message consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text-message provider handles the messages only to deliver them to you. See our privacy policy for more.
