What happens on the call?
A friendly 20-minute conversation. You tell us about your situation, we ask a few questions, and we tell you honestly how we can help and what the next step is. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
Does it cost anything?
The call is a conversation to understand your needs. If you want us to do work, you get a clear quote first, before anything starts, and you are free to say no.
Do I need to prepare?
No. It helps to have last year's tax return and a few notes about your questions, but nothing formal.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Your confirmation email has a link to cancel. To change the time, cancel and pick a new one.
